1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HireEzee Seeker or HireEzee Recruiter applications ('Apps'), or accessing the HireEzee website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including job seekers and recruiters.
2. Use of the Platform
HireEzee is designed exclusively for lawful job searching and recruitment activities within the educational sector. Users agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their profiles. Any misuse of the platform, including posting fraudulent job listings or submitting false credentials, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. HireEzee is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence. Accounts are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered individual or institution.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the HireEzee platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Subashree Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent. User-generated content (profiles, resumes, videos) remains the property of the user, but you grant HireEzee a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
HireEzee acts as a platform facilitating connections between job seekers and recruiters. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of information provided by users. HireEzee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. We strongly recommend that users conduct their own due diligence before entering any employment relationship.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in: impersonation of another person or institution; scraping or automated data collection from the platform; uploading malware, harmful code, or spam; harassment or abuse of other users; creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans; and listing fake or misleading job opportunities. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Termination
HireEzee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform in any manner. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting our support team at support@hireezee.co.in or by submitting a Data Deletion Request.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
9. Changes to Terms
HireEzee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically.
