We collect information you provide when creating a profile, including your name, contact details, qualifications, resume, and demo videos (Seeker App). For Recruiter accounts, we collect school name, address, and contact information. We may also collect usage data such as app interactions, device information, and location data (with your permission) to improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to create and manage your account, facilitate AI-powered job matching, enable direct communication between seekers and recruiters, send relevant job alerts and notifications, improve platform features and user experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes outside of the HireEzee platform.
3. Data Sharing
HireEzee does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Seeker profile information (name, qualifications, resume, location, demo video) is shared with verified school recruiters for the purpose of hiring. Recruiter profile information is displayed to job seekers browsing opportunities. No data is shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes, as declared on the Google Play Store.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols. We store data on secure servers with restricted access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Location Data
The HireEzee apps use location data to provide location-based job matching and candidate discovery. Location access is requested explicitly and you may deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Denying location access will limit the accuracy of job and candidate matching but will not prevent you from using the platform.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and understand user behavior. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. We use anonymized analytics data to improve the performance and usability of the HireEzee platform.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time by visiting our Data Deletion Request page, contacting support@hireezee.co.in, or calling +91 63794 81672. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personally identifiable information within 30 business days, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may request a copy of your data at any time. You can opt out of marketing communications by updating your notification preferences in the app or by contacting us. These rights are in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
9. Children's Privacy
HireEzee is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
